This policy also describes your rights and how to exercise your rights. The company will hereinafter be referred to as “Solarview,” “the company,” or “us” in the rest of the policy.

Who do we share your data with?
We only share necessary information with the customer to ensure complete deliveries and that our display solution shows your system’s data. We will never sell your personal or contact information. To provide our services and solutions, we may share your information with selected third parties, such as the customer.
How long do we keep your data?
As long as you are a customer and connected to our solution, we will retain all necessary data. Upon termination, we will delete all history after 3 months, but the data required to comply with accounting laws will be retained until it is possible to delete.
Where do we store your data?
The data is handled according to GDPR recommendations and is only accessible by authorized personnel and stored in an encrypted and password-protected cloud service. We will handle your personal data within the EU/EEA.
Right to access data
You can request a copy of the data we have about you and verify the information we have about you. The copy is free, and we strive to respond within 30 days.
Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect or incomplete information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)
If you no longer want us to keep your data, you have the right to have your data erased, provided it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. However, there may be legal obligations, such as accounting laws, that mean we cannot immediately delete parts of your data. We will in those cases only keep the data we are required by law to retain. If the processing is based on consent and this is withdrawn, your data will be deleted.

The Data Protection Authority is the supervisory authority in Sweden that monitors those who process personal data to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. If you believe that Quick IT processes your personal data in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
