The Interface

Pre-installed on this mini-computer, which upon startup connects to our server, activates via a handshake, retrieves, and displays your visualization. During a reboot, the version is checked, and updates are applied automatically.

Our interface for solar power installations is built on a technology stack that utilizes API calls to the most common inverter manufacturers on the Nordic market. All user data, installation data, and other information are stored within Sweden on our own databases and servers. The device is fully locked from local access and communicates with the server via encrypted connection. An overview of connected installations and basic administration will be available.

History, Data Storage, Backup, and Updates Included for 2 years

Operation and maintenance, new features, and ongoing updates are included for 2 years with the purchase of UNI. For continued history, data storage, backup, and updates after 2 years, a monthly fee per device will apply. For two or more installations, an additional low fee will be charged—please contact us for a quote.

Security

Security is never optional but an integral part of our product from the start. We implement multiple layers of security, ensuring that the device is locally locked down by disabling Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Each request requires a unique key, a username, and an 80-character password. If any of these three elements are missing, the device terminates the request, and after the third attempt, the IP address is blocked. Communication between the client and server is encrypted, with additional steps required from the device to complete the handshake. Each device has a unique serial number and MAC ID linked to the visualization, ensuring no device communicates with another or displays another user’s visualization.
